Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) delineates the procedures and protocols governing the handling of personal data by (website name) on behalf of our users (Merchants). Roles

The Data Controller, typically the Merchant utilizing our payment gateway services, determines the purposes and methods of processing personal data. As the Data Processor, (website name) processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller, strictly following their instructions to facilitate payment transactions and associated services.

Personal data encompasses any information relating to identified or identifiable individuals, including names, addresses, email addresses, and payment card details. This data is provided by users during their interactions with our payment gateway services.

Processing Activities

Processing activities encompass all operations performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, storage, retrieval, use, disclosure, restriction, erasure, or destruction. These activities are carried out in compliance with instructions provided by the Data Controller.
